What are your payment options?

We accept Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal and all major credit cards.  All prices are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Do you offer layby?

We offer both ZipPay & Afterpay (your item ships now and you pay it off over time).  At this time we do not offer traditional layby.

What are your shipping options?

Australia Wide: Regular shipping (1-7 business days) & Express shipping (next day delivery in the express post network area)

These estimates are from the time your item is received by Australia Post.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped.

How long does it take to ship my items?

We usually ship your items the day they are ordered however please allow up to 2 business days during busy periods. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.

Where do you ship from?

All items ship from Melbourne, Australia.

Are your items in stock or pre-order?

Our items are in stock except for stock we've run out of - this triggers a Pre-Order button to appear on the product page rather than the usual Add To Cart button.  Don't worry though, you'll get plenty of warning if the item you want is not in stock yet! You can rest assured we do everything we can to get your item to you as soon as possible. 

The size or style I want is out of stock.

No problem! Send me an email at sales@cherrypinup.com.au and we can order it in for you in most cases.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Pre-orders can take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive to the customer.  If you need something in a hurry, please contact us and we can provide an ETA on arrival, or check out one of our many styles in stock ready to ship!

In any case, please contact us for an estimate of when your order should arrive to you.

Sale Items:

Some sale items are shipped in protective shoe bags rather than boxes.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless found to be faulty.
